Integral Diagnostic – ACN “Integral Cultural Snapshot”

Understanding the health of a workplace culture is now recognised as a critical factor in the ability of an organisation to deliver results. Most Culture surveys rely on an online survey tool to elicit a sense of how things are going. Most employees have become ‘savvy’ at providing what they feel management wants to hear.

What It Is

Our Integral Cultural Snapshot is a process and feedback session that helps leaders to understand what are the true cultural dynamics currently driving behaviour in the organisation. It is built on our experience of interviewing people and digging deep to understand the current cultural dynamics present.

What It Does

Explores individual perceptions, visible behaviour, group ‘norms’ and systems. Builds a vivid picture of what current perceptions exist and how they are driving actions and outcomes.  Some actions are positive some less so. We reflect on ‘why’ and this creates more opportunities for action. Doing more of what is working well and understanding the gaps provides the input to planning how to change and improve performance.
