Stuart Dickinson
Stuart is the Founder and Managing Director of ACN. With a Master’s in International Sports Management, Stuart combines his distinguished career in high-performance sport as a professional Rugby Union Match Official at the international level with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various commercial organisations.
Leveraging his unique background in both sport and business leadership, Stuart excels at building strong relationships with leaders and teams, driving sustainable change and delivering results in the areas of Risk, Leadership, People, Culture, and Performance.
Linda Brewer
A management consultant with over 20 years of experience as an executive and management advisor specializing in translating strategies into implemented realities.
Linda has worked extensively in the design of work in response to economic, social, and environmental changes. She focuses on removing the barriers that prevent decision-making, efficient design of major operational and support functions.
Sasha Burnham
Sasha is passionate about using future-focused, data-based insights to transform the care sector. Having worked with the sector most of her career, Sasha is personally invested in making a meaningful contribution, supporting those on the front line to make a difference. Sasha’s ultimate goal is to use research data to influence legislative change within this industry.
With a Masters in Organisational Psychology, Sasha’s research findings have allowed her to discover meaningful trends surrounding the biggest capability and culture gaps within the aged and health care industries.
Donna Buchanan
Donna has a breadth of exposure to many elements of infrastructure and service organisations tasked with delivering services to benefit the community, business and industry. Donna’s focus is on enabling leaders and organisations to access data and engage in dialog that helps make the invisible, visible – enabling everyone to identify and unlock their full potential.
Donna understands firsthand the challenges leaders face as she brings over 20 years’ experience in business strategy, change management, process improvement and organisational planning roles. Her approach is to work across boundaries to enable excellence in human and business performance through connecting strategy, style and systems, enhancing leadership capability, team problem solving and emotional intelligence.
Scott Cameron
With more than 35 years in the risk industry, Scott is the Chief Commercial Officer at GOAT Risk™, a young SaaS enterprise providing its clients with a simple, yet highly effective, low cost risk management software solution.
Andrea James
Andrea is a qualified trainer, facilitator, and learning designer with comprehensive experience (18+ years) in Australia and abroad. She is dedicated practitioner in the field of People Development, and in assisting individuals to be the best version of themselves in their professional and personal lives, through the design and delivery of engaging, thought-provoking training programs, targeted at enhancing soft and interpersonal skills.
Andrea believes that improved people skills will provide individuals with an advantage in creating healthier, more-productive workplace (and personal) relationships, lead to better business outcomes. She has an avid interest in workplace culture and organisational behaviour and change, and has spent years in the research of organisational development.
She also has a background in Work Health and Safety, and Risk Management.
