Risk Health Check

Most organisations understand the ‘big ticket’ risk items. Our process looks through four lenses. Personal Perceptions, Behaviours and Actions, Prevailing Culture and Systems and Process. These fours ‘lenses’ helps to build a more holistic landscape of factors that impact, risk upside and downside.

What It Is

ACN’s Risk Health check is a process of interviews, a report of findings and a facilitated feedback session for the Board, Governance and Executive Leadership teams. We ask specifically targeted questions of key individuals in the Risk/Governance space and we seek their perceptions and points of view to understand where the current risk framework is succeeding and where there may be gaps.

What It Does

This Health Check provides Board, Governance and Executive Leadership teams with a valuable independent assessment. The interviews create an opportunity to explore the current risk framework performance and provides the basis for opportunities to improve risk performance.
