The last two weeks have been great examples of safety conversations opening dialogue followed by deeper levels of conversations for wellbeing, relationships and workability. One client has a history of growth and now that has slowed. People describe a toxic culture whilst others seemed believe everything is just fine. The reality is in this kind of environment, people and performance suffer.
On our second client, performance is good and we can see huge opportunities to shift to an even greater level performance.
Safety opened the door in both examples, what we go to work on impacts all business measures. Once people are open to the possibility of change, half the battle is won!
